Joe’s career spans every angle of the residential performance ecosystem. Having operated as a hands-on contractor, comfort consultant, and energy manager, he approaches buildings holistically through the lens of "The House as a System." Throughout his career, he has collaborated with industry pioneers—including legendary building scientist Bob Kroll—shaping modern home performance assessments, ventilation standards, and air-tightness testing methodologies.
